Marketing Coordinator – Point Pleasant Beach, NJ

The Marketing Coordinator role will report to our President and Financial Manager and have dotted line responsibility to several high level Consultants. The role is both client facing and highly cross functional. While our office environment is very casual, we take our work seriously. Typical office hours are 11am-7pm with flexibility due to client demands.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Client Interactions via Email, Phone, In-Person, and virtual meetings like Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Call reports and note-taking on any client discussions or in-person meetings
  • Conducting research on a variety of industries using our Searchlight SocialScan® method
  • Creation and beautification of PowerPoint presentations
  • Sales tracking and data trends with the use of Excel or
  • Business modeling (financial models, ok if new to this)
  • Event planning and meeting facilitation
  • Competitive shopping for a diverse range of categories
  • Project management and coordination of timelines
  • Monitoring social media platforms and promoting approved content
  • Preparing materials and products for presentations and brainstorm events
  • Clerical work and any additional duties to keep office and President organized

  • Bachelor’s Degree: All majors are encouraged to apply (No Marketing background is necessary). Will also consider college students for part-time role
  • Travel: 25%+ of the time depending on client needs
